The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 amends the Privacy Act 1988, so as to also regulate the way private sector organisations, including non-government schools handle "personal information" of individuals. These amendments came into effect on 21 December 2001. This notice forms part of the College's compliance with the Act.

- Parents may seek access to personal information collected about them and their son by contacting the College. Pupils may also seek access to personal information about them. However, there will be occasions when access is denied.
