Teacher Salaries: Teachers employed by the College are paid base salaries in accordance with the St Aloysius' College, Milsons Point (Teachers) Enterprise Agreement 2011 - 2014. The base salaries in this agreement are determined by a teacher's qualifications and years of teaching service.
Teaching and General Staff
With each position, the College seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. Successful applicants will be dynamic classroom teachers able to actively engage boys in their learning. The ability to work collaboratively in respective faculty areas is also essential.
The College also seeks the following attributes of its teaching staff:-
- Acceptance of Catholic and Jesuit ethos and values
- Familiarity with relevant NSW syllabus documentation and Institute's professional standards
- Sound ICT skills for both teaching and learning
- Participation in the College's co-curricular and pastoral programmes

Preferred applicants will be subject to background screening as required by law and determined by the College. This process is standard practice for the engagement of all new persons who work with the College.
