support systems and enhance the use of data and communication

school environment through articulation of behavioural expectations
and effective responses to injustice and bullying;

build programs designed to guide and
support students in their transition from boyhood to manhood –
focusing on the integration of new students, the ‘middle years’ of
early adolescence and 'life skills' of a young man, post-school; and

consolidated framework of leadership.
